PS3 Playing COD:Bo3 on hacked ps3

I have the disk for this game, but I'm afraid to go on the servers because they'll find out it's a hacked ps3 and ban me. On games like black ops 1 it's so old there's no issue. When can we play multiplayer or zombie games without worrying about getting banned on games released towards the end of the ps3 lifecycle.

dunno, man, but afaik, the games like that are like the ap games of the ps1 in which the ap games would still fail to boot if a modchip was detected, even if using the legit disc. with that being said, I think even a legit disc could get you banned if on cfw. there's a fixed eboot, but it won't do you any good with a disc, and I'm not even sure how reliable it is.
