PSP Launcher launching a game, in my case Angry Birds, then exiting
Navigating any PKG game, in my case UNO, will generate:
An error occurred during the start operation.

At first I was using ReActPSN but I found out a soft or hard reboot (or power off and on) resolves issue
EvilNat 4.87.2
PS3 Fat (I can get make but it is in entertainment center - I can dig it out if needed)
Not a showstopper but reproducible
