This is probably unnecessary and not sure if a dev cid will work in np environment but this is set up I normally used, isn't required though though never had a ban on dex so just stuck with it, never had issues using system mode/dev check or dual networking though I've always tried to match the target type for just incase for usecase, pretty sure most debugging options won't work in retail mode but but I've not used dex firmware since 2019 and never used an official test kit online so not sure if an official CID makes a difference, suspect it only helps if on authorised ip in a development or testing network environment.
Release Check Mode: release / retail
Boot Mode: release / retail
NP Environment: np
Networking: single
Region: actual region if spoofing CID
Disable unessential debug options if you know what they are and don't need,

That's a guide though seems lacking to me, also checking environments the others seem to be IP locked, don't know use case of them all as details are lacking on wiki page I read and number of them didn't state if authorised IP was needed or not, seems what I thought about CID for retail environment was correct though
In that guide they used cex IDs, np, dev check mode and system boot.
Though as general rule of thumb you shouldn't use personal accounts on anything unofficial, if you do don't active the system to account or keep account on the system unessesary, I've not been banned in 9 years now on CFW, last console ban I got was due to using unverified account online on 4.46 since it doesn't require verified accounts, that and I was dumb enough to message about it, kept quiet and online hosted in private when I did mod and no more issues, did often host anti cheat lobbies when I played cod and odd superman though never let it ruin peoples day, I've also never bought a CID off anyone so they have all been private, doesn't mean it's never been stolen though, reality is wouldn't be hard to turn a system into a slave with a modified eboot or firmware files, though do find it weird people rarely refer to the kernel
