PS3 Playstation3 Slim CFW Disk Upgrade

Hi, I recently planned to upgrade the disk in my PS3 from 320GB to 1TB. I have already bought the disk, but there is a problem, how to make a full backup of the old disk along with CFW and the games on it? So that there is a one-to-one copy of what is on the old disk, and is this even possible?
