PS3 Please help resolve a question from a complete PS3 jailbreak newbie.

Hello, I am new to this forum, I created an account in the hope that someone with experience can answer some questions about ps3 jailbreak

First of all, as I understand it, to protect a main account from being banned, the best thing would be to delete it from PS3, I understand this, But no one has ever explained what the process of deleting the user from PS3 is like. Could someone guide me? Please

Deleting a PSN account from your local PS3 user requires to edit the xRegistry.sys file.

You must:

1. Transfer via FTP the file from /dev_flash2/etc/xRegistry.sys to your PC.
2. Edit it with xRegistry.sys Editor.
3. Deleting the values from the following keys, saving changes one by one:
   - /setting/user/<userid>/npaccount/accountid
   - /setting/user/<userid>/npaccount/loginid
   - /setting/user/<userid>/npaccount/password
   
   where <userid> is the user number from the local PS3 user you want to unlink your account.
4. Transfer the modified xRegistry.sys file back to your PS3's /dev_flash2/etc/xRegistry.sys folder.
5. Delete the act.dat file located in /dev_hdd0/home/<userid>/exdata/act.dat

If you have Evilnat's CFW 4.90, you can do this with one simple option: Network -> CFW Tools -> PSN Tools -> Remove accountID.
