Please help with the Patching!

I have PS3 Slim and every time I try the Patching my console is frozen and I am on OFW 4.82 right now. I followed all the steps perfectly with the NOR Flasher 2.0 & NOR Flasher 2.0 HDD but I always got the same result... frozen! please guide me what I must to do?

Clear your browsers cache and cookies.Your lucky the console didn't brick in the middle of it being frozen after rebooting,since the nor would be getting patched in the middle of the whole process.
