I can't connect internet , i try 3 internet and i got this code , the connection to the server timed out.(08710007) PLEASE HELP

What firmware and hack are you using. Can't help you fix something with no info. So like telling somebody to fix your car but they can't look at it. But chances are you need to disable syscalls to unlock PSN access to help with account bans.
