hi guys ihave this prblm i had user han and i deleted this user after that when i open games it say "proceed to playstation store" i tried instal rap file again and Show another error 80029515 pls help me and sorry for tha bad english :)
 
can't say for sure, but it could be an issue with your act.dat. if you delete a profile, the exdata and act.dat are deleted. in fact, the entire profile folder is deleted. I had a similar issue as this when I formatted my hdd. psnpatch won't work without an act.dat being present, so I had to use reactpsn to create a fake one. I suspect something similar is happening here. I don't know enough about han to say for sure that something like that is happening here. if content isn't linked to a profile on the system, you'll get that message about signing into psn. that error code may be from trying to use a different act.dat. that could be the problem. try using a new profile's act.dat.
