I got it by opening " http://www.hwc.nat.cu/ps2-vault/emus/psx/popstarter/POPStarterGameInstallerforOPLv1.rar " in a new tab

Due to some limitations www.hwc.nat.cu is http. It is not https.
How do you get that error and which browser did you used?
Multiple people have downloaded it from Chrome, Firexox, etc without issues.

Well, it worked fine for me on

I'm trying this, very straight forward :encouragement:

I have a couple question for curiosity:

1. I don't remember, the conf_apps.cfg reading is "cumulative"? I mean, if I already have a conf_apps.cfg into mc1:, OPL will read it and also the one created on mass:, everything will appear on OPL App screen (with every OPL version from 0.9.3 on), right?

2. POPStarter isn't being updated very often anymore, so isn't a problem atm. However it'd be possible to implement a option for updating POPStarter?
For example, a update button that read the POPStarter.ELF into POPS folder and replace every XX/SB/PP.....ELF file with it, keeping the names.

I haven't tested reading from multiple MCs

You (or someone else) can code a simple batch script for that on Windows. It is quite easy to do.

I checked that. OPL reads only one conf_apps.cfg, the one on mc1:/OPL/ has the priority over mass:

Probably someone else.
I'd like having the time to learn more about programming/development. All I manage to do are quick tests, following targeted guides.
Anyway if it's so simple, I'll look for some quick tutorial about it.

"works" (as far i can test), but i prefeer native if is possible (lua is multiplatform)
exist port of cue2pops for linux, and cdrtools can be used as ultraiso, so i think can be ported easy. maybe i can help with it

If you're going to do the hassle of porting to Linux, better wait until I release PSXtreme along with XEB+. Source code will be public.

Gostaria de saber se pretende adicionar compatibilidade com sistema de arquivos PFS e um dia implementar uma aba, caso eu queira plugar o HD e transferir direto por esse programa.
