PS3HEN Possible alternative to HAN Toolbox?

Hi, I was taking a look to HEN V2.2.1 category_game.xml to add back the HAN Toolbox entry and found two new entries, one for "HEN Toolbox" and the other one for "HENBrew Store". Is this any upcoming project or are this leftovers of some CFW stuff?
I did a little bit of searching in Google and couldn't find anything related to PS3 so I guess nothing like this has been released before.
I know there's a "HENBrew Store' for PSVita, but it obviously wouldn't make any sense if the XML has an entry for this.
