Possible issues to fix in wMM 1.47.37

@aldostools...

My PS3:
CECH-2504 / Date-Code: 0C / Motherboard: JSD-001 / EVILNAT_CFW-4.88.2-CEX_COBRA-8.3 / webMAN_MOD_1.47.37_Installer (Full)

1.)
This happens, when COBRA is deactivated:
While mounting PS3 Game through wMM, the XMB frezees.
It would be better, if Games do not appear in wMM (without activated COBRA).
Or it would be better, if a message appears --> "Not possible, while COBRA is deactivated".

2.)
XMB/In-Game PAD SHORTCUTS:
When the checkbox "ADMIN/USER MODE" is activated, the FTP connection doesn't work reliable (Flash-FXP).
[17:54:46] [L] Connecting to PS3_W-LAN -> IP=192.168.XXX.XXX PORT=21
[17:54:46] [L] Connected to PS3_W-LAN
...nothing more...
Could this issue be rectified?

3.)
PS3 webMAN [Setup] --> Scan for content --> PLAYSTATION®PORTABLE:
When the checkbox "Show PSP Launcher" is activated, there is no chance to choose between the both PSP-Launchers, after mounting a UMD.
It will be executed always automatically the above PSP Launcher (minis). (During this time "Auto-Play" is deactivated.)
Could this issue be rectified?

4.)
webMAN Games --> webMAN Setup:
The description of "Reload XMB" does not appear.
It only appears, when "Reload XMB" has been selected by scrolling.
Could this issue be rectified?

5.)
webMAN Games --> webMAN Setup:
The description of "Prepare exFAT/NTFS Drives 1.28" does not appear.
It only appears, when "Prepare exFAT/NTFS Drives 1.28" has been selected by scrolling.
Could this issue be rectified?

Thx.

1. This may happen when "Disable content scan on startup" is unchecked.
Check the option to prevent the content scanning when the system restarts.
That option consumes a great amount of memory and can interfere with other processes.
This happens at random times. Therefore it is recommended to check that option.

2. The option ADMIN/USER MODE enables the advanced security mode.
In this mode, remote connections to FTP and harmful web commands are blocked until L2+R2+TRIANGLE is pressed by the user.
This mode helps to protect your system against dangerous access from LAN or external.
If your network is secure, you can disable this mode.

3. Auto-Play is intended to launch games automatically.
You can cancel the auto-play execution holding CIRCLE or pressing the ARROW buttons.
Or you can disable the option in /setup.ps3 and keep pressing X until you see the mount notification if you want to perform selective auto-play.

4. & 5. These options are queries to these applications.
The text displayed is the title from PARAM.SFO which disappear after a few seconds.
That is the normal behavior of these XMB items.
The other items in webMAN menu are web links which accept sub-titles.

1.)
Doesn't work for me. When "Disable content scan on startup" is checked + COBRA is deactivated --> I still get XMB freezes.

2.)
Yes of course. I had forget this, sorry. Works now. Thx Aldos.

3.)
Everything works well with "Auto-Play" for my PS3 Games (ISO & game folder) and for my PS2 Games (ISO & cue/bin).
But it doesn't work reliable for my PSP Games (ISO).
My "Auto-Play" is unchecked, but it launches despite this (unintentionally) automatically the above PSP Launcher (minis).
It depends on [Disable grouping of content in "webMAN Games"]. And it doesn't matter, if "Auto-Play" is checked or unchecked.
When [Disable grouping of content in "webMAN Games"] is unchecked,
it launches despite this (unintentionally) automatically the above PSP Launcher (minis).
When [Disable grouping of content in "webMAN Games"] is checked,
I can choose between the both PSP-Launchers, after mounting a UMD.

4.) & 5.)
Understood as I thought, thx Aldos. Is there still another possible solution? Also for the "Reload XMB Icon" in wMM theme "Rebugification"?

Thx for all, Aldos.

1. The last time I tried it worked on my system. Instead of the default nonCobra, try using the full edition. It was the version that tested because I was trying Mamba. Also try decreasing the memory usage.

3. I have to check it again. The last time I tested it was working as expected.

4/5. For Reload XMB Icon it would require to update ICON0.PNG in /dev_hdd0/game/RELOADXMB
For the subtitles maybe adding a PIC1.PNG with hardcoded text.

Thanks for the reports.

EDIT: I just tested the PSP issue and it's working as expected:

1. I have installed both PSP launchers and the option is marked in /setup.ps3

2. Auto-Play is unchecked.

3. When launch a PSP ISO, the game is mounted and the focus is changed automatically to PSP Launcher menu. This is the first option in the PSP sub-menu.

4. I open the PSP Launcher menu, then select the launcher and start the game.

If I keep X button pressed when a PSP is mounted, the focus goes to PSP Launcher menu and the first launcher is selected automatically.

If your X button in the gamepad is too loose, it may be stick and keep pressed resulting in this behavior.
