PSP power on reset

i would like to know how can i turn on my psp without the power button? is there any kind of power on reset like on ps3 (dex debug settings)?
as far as i know not even the test firmware, which has debug setting, doesn't have this function, so why does the ps3 have it?

If you install CFW on it, it will have an option on the recovery menu called something like Shutdown system.

AFAIK there was never such a feature. The only thing you can do is turn off your PSP by hitting select if you have CFW I believe that's correct but I haven't touched my PSP in years.

I still don't understand, why the ps3 is the only one that has this function in the dex debug setting, btw psp, vita, ps4 has debug settings, but it does not have this function..

I don't know the reason either but every console/handheld are different. I assume there's some reason or another.

I ditched my PSP because of how good Switch emulation is, but that's a different topic.
