problem after isntalling a game it wont launch

so i have this game A.O.T Wings of freedom. after installing it it wont launch and gives me the error 80010017.
Can someone help me with this??
im on Han ps# version 4.82.
Pls help me i wanna play this game rly bad.

From the CFW2OFW compatibility list, this game should be compatible. Check your HAN installation and also check whether you convert the game properly and even resigning games with both idps.hex and act.dat.

i couldnt convert the game because i can only get it in pkg form (i think its because this is a PSN game).

For PSN package game, just resign both PSN PKG with its RAP files and then install both of it via HAN exploit.

Check whether you already have both idps.hex and also act.dat dumped at the the first place before resigning. Then place both files in ps3xploit resigner folder and you have to resign it again.

Well...you should revise back the HAN guide and double-check the HAN installation here: http://www.psx-place.com/threads/tutorial-the-great-ps3xploit-3-0-han-all-in-one-guide.16979/

If you're still not updating the firmware, I'll suggest you to use proxy method here to allow activation of your secondary PSN account and also to enable the dumping of both idps.hex and act.dat file here: http://www.psx-place.com/threads/tut-how-to-sign-in-on-ofw-4-81-or-4-82-activate-your-system.16603/

Please note that PSN game package only consists of 2 thing - PSN game PKG file and also RAP file (except for C00 games). If the PSN game PKG files also comes with so-called fix PKG file or no RAP file included, thus you're installed the wrong ones and most probably it came from warez sites.

ty i just installed han some days ago other games work fine.(I did get the data and create a proxy server)I tried installing it through d#rk st#re. didn't help. i guess there is something wrong with my ps3. still ty going to play the Japanese version.

Hmmm...I see the problem here...attempted to install PSN game package from piracy source. The pkg file from the warez site said to be modified, only to run inside CFW console, not the OFW console with HAN exploit.

sorry to distract you but buy something got me thinking.
with NEW cfw2Ofw or something like that you extract a pkg. what if you extract it and change the Eboot file (take the boorfile of the Japanese game and replace it.) and after it change the gamecode to the Japanese one. and after it run it in Cfw2Ofw. can something like this work??
