Problem dumping activation data

i cant dump activatoin data .... it says seccsesfull and nothing added to my usb ...... how can i download the ( act ) and (idps ) files ?

Try to download anything from the ps store from that account, then try again. When you download from ps store, the act + idps automatically write into your system. So if it didn't work for you the first time, then try this method.
