PS3 Problem while trying to run PS2 backups.

Hello everyone, I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but if you could help me that would be great.

After installing the Rebug 4.81 CFW, the first thing I wanted to do was to try playing a PS2 game, so I used a Kingdom Hearts .iso file to test this.

I went in multiman and installed the game from the USB drive to the HDD. I then tried to run the game from the HDD in multiman but it said that i needed a PS2 classics placeholder.

I then went in managunz and tried to run it from there. It sent me back to the XMB, I clicked to new yellow disc icon, but after a while it just gives me a "no signal" message and I have to manually turn off the PS3. Is it because I'm not using an HDMI?

I literally installed a CFW just because I wanted to play some PS2 games, so any help would be appreciated.

do you have cobra enabled? iirc, mm will read either ps2 classics or ps2 isos, but not both at the same time. I can't recall if you need to switch to mmcm or not as it's been a while. you can do that from within mm.

Uhm, how do I enable cobra?

Download and install webMAN MOD. You can mount and play PS2 games (and more) from the XMB, without having to launch homebrew each time. Mounting ISOs in wMM requires Cobra so make sure you enable it otherwise you'll get an error message.
