PS3 Problem with playing PS2 game

Hello.
I have ps3 with latest rebug CFW. I tried to play ps2 game, but the ps3 freeze.
I put the ISO in PS2ISO folder and loaded it with webman mod (tried multiman also), but the ps3 freeze after loading the game.
I don't have other ps2 game to try.
Do i have to edit the ISO somehow or tweak it to make it work?

Check the game with ManaGunZ to make sure its ok. Basically install ManaGunZ, open the app it will scan for content on start up, when its done find the ISO of your game under the PS2 column, highlight it and press triangle then the option will either be IRD check or MD5 hash check.

This feature of ManaGunZ is very handy to use as it will tell you if there is anything wrong with your ISO. And not just ISO's it will IRD check PS3 games in Folder format and ISO, PS2 games etc.

I use it on every game I rip from disc to make sure the files are 100% original and the same as they are on the disc. It should also tell you which files are not original or have been modded... ie been corrupted or not ripped correctly.

Also save's you from transfering it to PC to do the same type of checks on the games files.

I also forgot to mention that it will autoload a config for PS2 games for you, now that it has done that for you the game should play fine through any backup manager.

I normally check the game and load the PS2 configs with ManaGunZ then for the sake of quickness of mounting and launching games from the XMB in normally use webMAN MOD for this.
