problem with psn patch with version 3001a

hi all i have a problem after i install hen on ps3 version 3001a and try to use last version of a pollo save tool to activate psn it say Error activated id not found and when i use old version of a pollo it say psn activated but when i make restart as he ask the activated is gone and when i use psn patch it say no activated psn found ..i have tried many verison of a pollo and psn patch and still same problem any advice how to fix that to make psn patch work
*Notice:
- i have tried to make account on playstation.com it say can't creat account
- PlayStation system 4.90
- and i have installed FW 4.90

Create a new user on the PS3 and do the activation on Apollo Save Tool again, see if that works (if you haven't find a solution yet).
