PS3 Problems with GAMEI loading in webMAN MOD from both /usb and /net?

Hi there. I've just jailbroken my PS3, and I'm trying to get GAMEI folders working from extracted PKG files (hopefully to try and have the same files on my NAS serving both RPCS3 and my actual PS3).

Whether it be via USB device (/dev_usb000/GAMEI/NPXX#####) or NET device (/net_host0/GAMEI/NPXX#####), I can't get any packages to successfully launch, always giving me a 80010009 error. While titles are showing fine in webMAN scanned content once correct locations are ticked, not sure it's actually mounting correctly - I get correct title/image data when hovering over app_home, but the mounting actually leaves my PS3 in a state where every app (including multiMAN) gives me a 80010009 error until I hard reset.

As far as creating the GAMEI folders, I've tried both using ones extracted via RPCS3's install process, ones done using an external pkgextractor tool, as well as even taking a title installed from a PKG/RAP file (which all ran fine), then copying said unpackaged folder from /dev_hdd000/games to USB/NET locations.

Any thoughts or advice? Thanks in advance.

My setup process, pretty much following the main guide:
  • Jailbroken with Bgtoolset
  • Installed Evilnat 4.88.2 CFW initially
  • Installed Evilnat 4.89 CFW on top of that (as I needed PSN access)
  • Disabled Syscalls, logged into fresh PSN account, activated console, created syscalls (in Cobra Tools) menu
  • Installed newest webMAN MOD Standard (1.47.41)
  • Running shawly/ps3netsrv docker container on the NAS, and can be seen successfully by multiMAN/webMAN file managers
