PS3 Problems with ISO files

Hi all guys! Happy New Year!I had to modify my PS3 SLIM with Custom Firmware Evilnat for bluray player problems.I mainly play MW2 (which I still installed on HD), but after installing the CFW I managed to recover some titles in my possession, BO and RDR I loaded them with Multiman and they are fully functional.Enthusiastic about this discovery, I tried to get my library in ISO format. So I found Killzone Trilogy I did the usual procedure with MultiMan by copying the ISO file to the PS3ISO folder but at the end of the copy there was no file.I thought there had been a mistake during the process despite having been 100% completed, I tried again the operation, once again 100% completed but I had the usual problem No files inside the folder. The big problem comes now, my ps3 has now run out of space and I don't know where these corrupt ISO files have gone that are not shown but that still occupy the space.I honestly don't know how to solve, the only thing that came to my mind was to make a back up of the console and replace the disk (the current one is 160GB) and start again from scratch. But I'm afraid of losing all the progress of MW2 and above all of not being able to find GTA5 and losing the progress of the latter.
Any ideas?
Thanks to all.

You might want to start over with Rebug cfw and at same time upgrade to a 1tb hdd then use an external hdd to store and play your games from. Save your games first. That's my setup and I've never had a problem with iso's. Sorry but I'm not familiar with Evilnat. I also have webman and multiman installed. My webman crashed so I'm using multiman right now but the webman fix is pretty simple I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
