PS1 Games in IRISMAN problem

So I've been wanting to tryout IRISMAN for PS1 games because the options sound really interesting to check out. So I installed the 4.84.5 PS3HEN edition and every time I try to boot up a PS1 game, it goes to a black screen and the light on my PS3 shuts off. It works fine for any PS3 game though. So then, I decided to try the 4.86 version and with that one, nothing happens at all when I click on a PS1 game and just like with the HEN version, PS3 games are working fine. I also made sure that my games were installed correctly as they work perfectly fine through multiman. So, is there anyway to run these PS1 games through IRISMAN? I've looked everywhere to see if anyone else has this problem and I've seen no solution for it at all. I'm using a superslim model running on version 4.86 too.

I can't offer much help with Irisman, but I use webman to launch all of my games. I have 3 consoles and basically run the same setup on all three even though 1 is HEN.

What format are the game files in? The .bin/.cue PSX format games run fine and I've even used MultiMan to rip 2 PSX games from their original discs and it makes them into .iso files and they run fine for me as well.

That's the version of Irisman I was using that whenever I tried to mount a PS1 game, nothing would happen (just a quick flash and nothing else) but when I tried it with a PS3 game, it would work fine (It would mount and take me back to the xmb). Also, all of my PS1 games are in the bin/cue format

As you probably know, IRISMAN was created with CFW in mind. Unlike PS3, PS1 games are launched in a special way so it boots directly. This mode does not work on HEN and I was forced to disable many of these features to prevent freezes.

The PSXISO stored on NTFS are mounted using Cobra method. I recommend to use webMAN MOD for these games.

Oh okay, I think I understand. Thanks for the explanation, I think I'll just stick with webman as they worked fine whenever I played them
