First be sure that you have cobra cfw, then that you have mmCM not Multiman in XMB, then move your ISO to dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/<your iso file> PS2 isos work only from internal hdd.

yeah it says mmcm on my ps3 xmb i have tryed doing that moveing the file to where you said to it still shows a question mark in there two and still don't show up in the retro games section i only have two that show up there right now mega man x collection and gran tursimo 4 i am on bobby downgrades cfw 4.75 on cobra 7.10

You sure that file extension is ISO, not bin or similar?
