PS2 Memory Card on PS3 not working

I am not sure if this is where I post this but anyway, I recently installed HEN on my PS3 in order to play PS2 games. Everything is going fine with HEN I can play all the games etc, however I can't save anything due to the Intel Memory Card not working. I have created at least 2/3 and assigned them to both slots 1 and 2. However it's still not showing up that they have been created.

Can anyone please help? I will be grateful ah.
 
If you are using the HOMEBREW ps2 classic placeholder, check that the SAVEDATA folder with the 2 files SCEVMC0.VME, SCEVMC1.VME is in the directory USRDIR, the ps2classicgui has those files in PS2U10000 / USRDIR / SAVEDATA /
 
Hey buddy, thank you for the reply. I am using PS2 Rebug but I will give the others a shot. I am looking in the folder and them two files are not there.
