A coldboot of the startup sound of the PS2's PSBBN (PlayStation Broadband Navigator)

How To Install:
1. Enable dev_blind in WebMAN
2. Transfer this replacement coldboot to dev_blind/vsh/resource/ with your favorite file transferring method (Whether it be with MultiMAN, FTP thru FileZilla, etc)
3. Restart your PS3 and you should see the coldboot take effect.
