PS2 PS2 Slim OPL help

Hello, I am having an issue with OPL using an mc2sio with Samsung evo 500gb sd card. I was having an awesome time at first, but then when I was testing my games to see which ones work and don't, Sly 2 corrupted (it stops showing up and my pc forces me to format, not sure if specifically corrupting). It was never happening before when I played any game, but after playing Sly 2, it also happened when I tried Maken Shao and just now, Kingdom Hearts 2. I am able to play the game when it loads, but when I go back to my menu, I am forced to format my sd card again. Am I doing something wrong?

It is formatted to exfat, and I have the Helder's tech 64mb memory card for the magicgate card.

A couple of games have worked in between the down times.

Sell both and buy MMCE.

Filesystem will be corrupted if you interrupt writing, like eg turn off console or remove MX4SIO (MC2SIO is clone). Eg. during save saving on VMC, or OPL config. If you didn't do that, then issue lies in hardware (or maybe even fake SD card). There was in the past 1.2.0 beta builds of OPL which corrupting storage.

There is no such thing as "64mb memory card for the magic gate". This is no-name clone of PS2 Memory Card. Often not reliable.
