I'm hoping you can help here.
Long story short!
1:COK-002 with a 40nm Franky mod.(on 4.91 Evilnat)
2: Downgraded it to 2.76 - To test the theory of using an Orbis to update FW on a too Low of a Firmware GLOD Franky.(ie: 3.10 or anything under 3.4ish will just GLOD untill upgraded to the min for a 40nm install)
(now thinking I went too low, should have just gone to 3.10 or the likes)
3: Downgraded and after 2.76fw install it YLOD with 1701. It's definetely NAND/SYSCON related.
4: I have a rebug 999-355 fw full 256mb dump from prior to reverting to 2.76
5: No matter what patch I use on the NANDS - 3.55-4.70 etc,I cannot get the console to boot. It just throws YLOD 3040 now.
I get "BAD" dump in PS3 Dump Checker with the rebug dump but it's only the "ROS0 hash" with an error.
After patching, this seems to get rectified.
(Result of the check: False Check the hashlist for more information...)
I'm curious as to wether the SYSCON is affecting the NANDS and that I may need a patched 2.76fw?
It feels like the SYSCON is stuck on 2.76 and not allowing me to use any patch or even the OG dump written back to the NANDS.(still throws 3040)
Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated.
