PS3 PS3 60gb CECHC03 component replacement

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me identify and locate a replacement for a component I accidently damaged during delidding.

This link shows pictures of the part in question on my google drive.

Looking at the PS3 service manual (V5) for motherboard COK-002, I believe the component part is C1102.
The manual describes this as 'C1102 1-114-248-91 TANTAL. CHIP 330uF 20% 2.5V'

The problem is that there are multiple parts with the same description in the manual but with different chips labels when look at the part on the motherboard.

Could this be down to specifics that ASUStek left out of the manual such as SMD size i.e. C, D etc...?

Help finding the part would be hugely appreciated
