PS3 PS3 app that gave specifice error information when a game crashed?

hello a long while back i had an application i had used to solve a few issues that would display text in green and purple i believe. i had used it once to find out a game was missing a trophy (.trp file) and thats why it would go back to the xmb(was the prototype of south park on ps3) and another time i used it to find out it was overloading the temporary space on the hdd when loading the intro movie(was the prototype of killzone 2). i cant remember if it was specifically built into DEX firmware or was a standalone PKG. but i can not for the life of me remember what is called. i believe it was an app as i swear i diagnosed the problems on a CEX console. as i eventually got the games to load on my system. the south park game wanted a trophy file from some weird dragon game to launch and i just shrunk the video on killzone 2. thank you. it would list off a bunch of information and at the the end would tell me what was missing or happening that was crashing the game. i cant remember anything else.

EDIT: i had also used it on the Until Dawn prototype after i had decrypted it but in the end i could not disable a certain syscall flag to boot the game because i was on CEX. so im pretty sure it was just an application

Thank you

So I figured out that there's some error with either the servers or the PS3 update. In the end I used the quarantine non hosts mod menu to unlock everything and the freezing stopped and I'm back online. Thank you for all the help
