Hello everyone

My PS3 is broken. When I checked the error log of syscon, it became as follows

Do I need to replace TOKIN?
Or is there another cause?

It looks like you need to do a de-lid of the CPU processor. Error 1200 is a thermal issue with the cell. I also noticed error 3037 which is a possible BGA defect on both the cell and rsx.

So its a de-lid of.the cell and replace thermal paste on the die. If this boots.the console your issue is likely to be sorted. If it doesn't boot and gives error 3037 then you may have a BGA defect on either CPU and or RSX.

Thankyou !I tried, but it was difficult to remove the heat sink and gave up.
