Hello,
I have been trying to remarry BD drive for couple of days now, from the PS3 CECHC04 I have recently bought, however still with no sucess.
Did everything as described in the following thread, multiple times, on many different firmwares.

If so, does anyone know what could I do to recover disc drive functionality or is it even possible at this point?
I imagine that this problem might be extremly confusing and I would be sincerly glad for anyone's help
*BD drive was prevoiusly tested on other ps3(cechc04) and operates normally)
*Don t know If this information might be relevant but, Blue Ray Disc movie that I am using is 2008 Mamma Mia (only one that was available to buy in my neighbourhood), It was tested on different PS3 cechc04 and works fine with no issues.

Everything seems to go smoothly until the 10th step (or 14th step, depending on which method from the two described (in the link above) is being used). Even though BD movie is inserted console doesn t read it. I can hear it spinning inside however nothing is popping up in Video category.
- Disc drive that is currently in the console has the logic board swapped with the disc drive logic board that was originally in the console when it arrived to me.
- However I suspect that the board from the disc that was inside the console when it came to me was at some point before swapped and it is not the original one (meaoning the one that was married with the MOBO when out of the factory).
If so, does anyone know what could I do to recover disc drive functionality or is it even possible at this point?
