Hi guys. I need your help and am getting desperate. I bought a defective PS3 model cechc04 with gold on eBay to do an RSX swap. First I swapped the 90nm with a 40nm one which had good readings. So I took the 90nm off and put the 40nm on. After I had patched the Syscon for the 40nm, the console started with the bringup command without any problems. The readings after installation on the mainboard were also good, except for RSX_PLL. Instead of the required 5.3 kOhm, I think I have something around 250 kOhm. I think that is also the reason for the gold since it regulates the clock rate of the RSX. But I don't know where the high values are coming from. I've also thought that the firmware might still be below 3.5 and that's why it doesn't accept the RSX. I have the same problem when I swap it for a 65nm one.
I meant to say GLOD. stupid autocorrect...
