PS3 PS3 cfw back to ofw unbaned?

Hello guys so i got a question i got my jailbroken ps3 and i want to unban it after i unbaned can i go and update it to ofw and then play online legit?

There are two type of bans.
1) Account Bans
2) Console Bans

If your Account gets banned only then you can go back to OFW and make a new account and play online again.
How to check? You can make a new account without a problem on your console (SIGN UP) or log in to an existing account.

If your console got banned you cant access online features no matter what.
How to check? When you access the Sign up on your ps3 you wont be able
to create a new account or log in to an existing account.

easiest way to check if the account is banned is by signing in to playstation.com on the computer. don't even need the ps3 to check it. if it's banned, it will mention that you've been suspended and you won't be able to sign in. I checked it after I got banned. sony typically bans both system and account if caught using cfw or something. in extreme cases, they may only ban the system, but it's not likely. the account only could be banned for cheating as well.
