I downgraded to 4.82.2 Rebug DREX and it still doesnt work. I looked into the Plugin menu but everything still Looks fine. (loaded plugins are webftp_server.sprx and wm_vsh_menu.sprx)
I tryt many many different versions of Webman mod and it still is empty. SEN Enabler Patch all/ Packages only have i done too. But no success. Is here maybe somebody that knows that problem? All my Games are Installed on my HDD and works fine. Sorry if my english is Bad iam from Germany.

Thanks in advance for any help

I'm not very familiar with DEX mode of Rebug, but have you tried converting back to CEX? I think wMM is designed with CEX in mind, so it could be that simple. Either that, or, uninstall webMAN MOD and then reinstall the PKG.

It looks like mygame.xml is broken.

Enter http://0/delete.ps3?uninstall on the PS3 Internet browser to delete webMAN MOD. Then download and install again the latest build from GitHub.

Make sure that only webMAN MOD is in boot_plugins.txt
Hmm we never tried it with the http..... We will try it now and Look if it doesnt something different. Thanks for your answer

[Update]
The folder is still empty. Someone suggest i should go on 3.55 and reinstall the Firmware to 4.81.2 and that should fix it but i Dont think so.

I recommended that disconnect all USB devices, clear the content of the folder /dev_hdd0/tmp/wmtmp if it was not already cleared by the uninstall and rename the PS*ISO folders in /dev_hdd0

Also check if /dev_hdd0/xmlhost/game_plugin/mygames.xml was generated. If so, upload that file to check what's wrong with it.

The file name of some games can break can break the XML.

Your XML has various issues:
1- it doesn't look created with webMAN MOD or a recent version.
webMAN MOD does not use long tag names like <Attributes> or </String>
2- Your XML is broken because one of your file names include invalid characters like <3
3- The setup is calling webbrowser_plugin with /setup.ps3 instead of http://0/setup.ps3
