ps3 connecting to pc via ethernet issues

Hi all,i have a ps3 fat on rebug 4.84 and multimam/webman mod,i am trying to connect to my pc via an ethernet cable to transfer big files as wireless was way slow,my network conections are set as follows : ip is 1.1.1.2 mac id:1D:0D:2E:88:F2
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
default router:1.0.0.0
pri DNS 208.67.220.220
sec DNS 1.1.1.1
mtu auto
proxy do not use
upnp enable
when it does its test i get quote:an error occoured during comunication with the server this is a dns error 80710102
can anyone tell me how to fix it please,ive tried everything but no luck,cheers in advance.

where did you get the seetings from for your ip addresses?

i used this website and i was getting around 20gb per second:
