PS3 DECR Skus - Connecting to ProDG Help?

Hello as several of you may know, I have several different model reference tools, mostly DECR-1000A, a couple 1400A and the DEH-R1040 but thats put away for now.

My issue is connecting to either the 1000A or 1400A via ProDG while in xmb, I can connect to it in standby mode via dev lan, and can connect in debugger mode. Both have proved useful with dumping system files and testing exploits, however I have found it unable to connect while in XMB using Lan/Wifi connection, ive tried bridging, shared network, dmz networking.

I can get the ps3 to recognize the connection but not ProDG to recognize the system when in xmb mode, but can while outside of it, which I did find odd and frustrating.

I know that these systems are built differently and I do recognize that the process might be different but im not 100% sure how. Again I CAN connect via dev lan in standby and in debugger, but not in xmb or ingame.

I would really appreciate the help as it will allow me to search for exploits, and other functions ingame that may prove useful in the future. Any insight into this would be appreciated especially by someone who is familiar with these devices.

Hi I'm in the same boat with my decr 1000a , I've seen somewhere that you may need the dev port connected to laptop and internet cable in decr, But I haven't had anyluck yet with prodg not that ive got the knowledge to use it properly.Would be interested it learning tho..

Also I have a extra set of cp daughter boards TCP 520 and TMU 520 was thinking to swap these as there newer and higher cp updates? Would this upgrade my decr and help with pro DG connection?

Unfortunately it would not, im on 0.8.8 and no luck with knowledge of the systems, im waiting for either zec or joonie to give input on the issue, I can connect but not in xmb or debugger.
