PS3 Ps3 does not connect to wifi or ethernet, nor does it connect the controller (Bluetooth)

Do not connect wifi and cable, does not recognize the controller (Bluetooth) either. My PS3 is CECHL04. And I'm checking that the antenna is well connected.
 
Maybe the BT/WiFi board is damaged, that's why you don't get any kind of connectivity.

Don't update your FW until you are 100% sure about the state of that module.
 
Yep board or flex is bad.
Ethernet does not work without it, and the BT connection uses the built in cilindrical shaped antennae on the board itself, that external one is just for wifi, even without the external, it actually still has good range because it has another one just for wifi in the board
