PS3 ps3 fails to start any applications or games

i have a cechc04 ps3 with a missing bd that can't start anything, i installed the ps store and it can't boot, multiman doesnt start and webman installer doesnt install. all of these when i start just go to black screen and stay there until i turn it off from the console button.
anyone ever ran into this kind of problem?
i tried recovery menu and rebuild database stuff. no luck
 
thats what i tought i was just lookin g for a fat ps3 that i buy and steal the bd from, i think the cechg and cechh have same connector from youtube videos i saw. then i remarry the thing to my good ps3

i already have cfw overclock but ill find that bd because it better than not having it

I have more or less the same problem. (I didnt wanted to start a new thread for a similar actual issue)
I was able to save my CECHC with broken BD port on the motherboard and installed a noBD versions of Rebug 4.84.2 D-Rex and 4.91 Evilnat Beta 8 PEX (converted it to Dex), but I cannot start any ISO files...
I even tried the fake BDEmu (the reason I converted to DEX), but I cannot start any games. (No Icon pops up etc.)


Is there a way to use the BC capabilities and / or ISOs with the CECHC without a BD drive?
