Ps3 fat weird behaviour after reflow

Well there is a story.
i found an cechg04 console with ylod, opened and went to give it a reflow so i could start it up after putting it back together console delays giving me red light by several seconds every time a bit different, while the red light doesnt post the fan is actually spinning by itself, once the red light comes on the fan stops but i do hear some weird cracking noises inside the shell that holds the motherboard. Could there be some short i created using flux or alchohol i cleaned after?

does it keep flashing red light after YLOD? because if it really was a short, it should go out completely after touching the power sensor, or at least it should

I had a CECHG too but it died, I put tantalos, reflow and always 3 beeps, and after a delid attempt it left me, but I'm willing to help.
