PS3 freezes everytime the PS3HEN v3.0.2 enabling starts.

So, when OFW 4.87 came out i updated to HFW 4.87.1 and then installed HEN v3.0.1, according to @Coro 's guide.
I used it for a while then v3.0.2 came out, i updated and now everytime i run the hen enabler it crashes after like 2-5 seconds.

I actually ran into the same problem because I used 3.0.1 HEN on 4.87 before 3.0.2 HEN came out as well. When I updated it from the HEN updater on the XMB it gave me the issue you have now.

All I had to do was go to ps3xploit on the PS3 and use the Alternate HEN Installer. Once you back out of Remote Play and install it, reboot and you should be good.

I actually ran into the same problem because I used 3.0.1 HEN on 4.87 before 3.0.2 HEN came out as well. When I updated it from the HEN updater on the XMB it gave me the issue you have now.

i meant to help people who accidently got to 4.87 and needed help. i should have put a disclaimer up and recommend staying at 4.86.

i would not have recommended it to anyone at all if i had not seen 4.86 hen install and work on 4.87.

(nobody could have tested the updater because the website wasnt reporting an update...but i wouldnt have because i was testing the auto hen installer.)

Did you also update via the hen updater icon?

also my ps3 looks like its dying (often crashes, fan gets loud rlly fast), i want to get myself a jailbreakable model (i have a slim cech-3004A), and i want a ps3 since this console is just... good, and i dont wanna to just suddenly leave all my ps3 friends in there.
