PS3 freezes on game loading screen

I have a PS3 Super Slim OFW 4.82 I use HAN xploit and tried to install Red Dead Redemption and Shadow of the Colossus HD. I signed and installed the pkg and rap files. Both game start fine but during the intro (In shadow of the collosus) or during the game loading screen after the intro (in Red dead Redemption) my PS3 freezes and I can't do anything except for restarting it. I tried various times but I get the same result.
(I transfered those games to my PS3 using pkg linker + ethernet cable)
¿Why does this happen?

Hello. I restored the file system but it didn't work. PS3 keeps freezing during game intro.
Something I forgot to mention is that I am able to play other games using HAN ie: Journey, The Last of Us and The Unfinished Swan. Maybe it's because those games were less than 4GB and I transfered them via USB.
And Red dead Redemption and Shadow of the Colossus HD are higher than 4 GB so it's my 1st time using pkg linker method and maybe I am doing something wrong... But it's still strange that game does start, but just freezes after a while...
 
Try to delete the "gamedata" installation and the "savedata" files generated by that games... then boot the game again and allow it to create a fresh "gamedata" and "savedata"
