PS3 Freezes When Signing into PSN

Hey guys i need your help, My CFW CEX COBRA 8.3 ps3 freezes every time I sign in to psn while in a game, doesnt while in XMB but when I do boot up a game it freezes anyways. Thanks in advance
 
Figured it out to a working degree, dont sign into psn till you play for few minutes then sign in while on the multiplayer screen
