My PS3 froze on this
I'm on hfw 4.89 and hen is it alright to turn it off. I've left it on so it's currently still on the screen like pictured I've never had this happen before I'm a little concerned I'll brick it

Nevermind Ive fixed it looks like my hardrive may finally be failing it's original to the console.
I'll be replacing with a SSD if can find one.
So no need for help now

yes, you can try recovery mode then rebuild the database on your faulty hardrive
