ps3 froze while changing fanspeed in webman

ok guys so my ps3 froze while setting the fan speed,i set it to 60% and it seemed too much so i didnt press restart the console i pressed setup again so i lower it and the ps3 froze.now it doesnt read my hard disc... fml and the fan is stuck at 60% and j cant find my webman or anything bcuz harddrive is not found heelp

Try to restore your system by recovery mode
