Hello,
I just upgraded my ps3 hdd from 60gb (yeah i know its small) to a 1tb.
All worked fine, except now i dont get any nat type on my ps3 when i check the internet connection.
All i get is checking ip and checking internet connection
Not checking for psn and all that kind of stuff.
Running on rebug 3.80.1
Anyone got a clue how to fix this cause i can't do anything now :/

Sorry, forgot to say:
Got wired connection, i tried static ip or getting automatic ip (Both succeed)
Obtaining ip: Succeed
Internet Testing: Succeed

Sorry for the double reply, but just to give some more information.
I checked in webman mod but it is not disabling the syscall or what so ever.
Tough can't find anything about the addresses?

Is named offline mode iirc.

btw. what is exactly happening after that:

Obtaining ip: Succeed
Internet Testing: Succeed

?

Just the message press X to continue (Something like that)
I want to connect to a psn account but still no luck after i tried a lot of things :/
when i want to sign in to the account it just "pulses" at the existing account login, and then a message like: unable to connect to the servers.

No error code, that is the weird thing about it :/
I am almost giving it up to be honest, i searched almost 20 different search terms on google for a solution but none seems to work.
You guys here are realy my last hope to get it working :/

Go to debug settings and check that NP Environment is set to "NP" (without quotes). Check one more time that you have offline mode unticked in webman.

You are on Drex or rex cfw?

Have you tried putting the original HDD back in to see if that has any effect? it shouldnt really matter but just incase. Other things you could try restoring default settings and reinstalling FW if you still havnt had any luck. I assume you are not using a proxy and don't have any ports blocked on your router, adding PS3 to DMZ might help but its unlikely.

Am on D-Rex cfw, sorry forgot to mention that to :/
Will check those settings :)
Yes still does the same, before it worked perfect and havent changed anything in my router/modem.
Not using a proxy, have no blocked ports, i have upnp enabled to.
Don't have a option for DMZ in my router tough (at least not that i can find....)

thanks again for all the help

So check that debug settings, should be np or sp-int. Try both, remember to restart ps3.

Edit: you can also try change vsh to retail, or even convert back to rex/cex, just to check if it help.

And now i can connect to the psn part :D
Thank you very much!

Good :) But remember about safe psn browsing using psnpatch or sen enabler and about not running homebrew/changing iso during psn connection.

I know :) got psnpatch ready to install, but wanted to just activate the account on the ps3 :D Thanks again for the help to both of you !

That's good you got sorted.

BTW: if you or anyone else does try my XMBPD application you will need make sure the environment is set to "np" lower case. "NP" will not work for that.
