Hi there, hoping for some help, I have a PS3 slim model 2004A on FW 4.90 that does have working WiFi but the Bluetooth doesn't seem to pick any devices up. Could it be the chip that is busy dying or is there something else I can check or do to see what the issue is.
I've swopped over the antenna but the issue stays exactly the same, the unit is in extremely good condition and works perfectly fine otherwise, the warranty seal was intact and there only a little bit of dust on the inside.
I wanted to jailbreak the device but not sure if I can, most posts seem to be about trying to update the FW and the ps3 going into a never ending boot loop.
