PS3 Ps3 HDMI problem

Hello guys. I need some help! I have a ps3 slim and I have very strange problem. I can't output picture via HDMI on my Sony Bravia kdl46w4500 TV. I also tried on my other TV - LG 32" and it works perfectly fine there. On the Sony I can only output via AV cable. And when I have both AV and HDMI connected, i can see that the playstation finds that there is HDMI detected, but when I confirm to switch to it the screen goes black on the HDMI channel and goes back to AV. The things I have tried on the Sony TV are:
1 - I tried to reset the Display setting using the power button - the 2nd beep sound.
2 - tried every HDMI output (nothing works)
3- tried with different cable
4 - tried every possible resolution the PS3 provides by switching it in advance on the LG TV where the PS3 works perfectly fine.
5 - tried to reset the Sony Bravia TV to its default settings. No difference

First to consider is the specs of the TV unit.

I am not able to make out what the issue could be but maybe you or another user could.
Just to a quick look on this TV is 2008 release? It is simple it does not show 1080P at 60hz rate?

The thing is that the main cable I tried with works with the playstation on the LG TV and works with my other consoles on the Bravia TV

I'm not saying that the cable is damaged. Some cables work better with some TVs (maybe due version of HDMI that they support).

I would try the cables from some friends just for test... Anyway it was only a suggestion.

Yes true about cheap cables, here on workshop I have like a pound cable long time ago, this TV is a Samsung 2010 1080p 60 Hz.
After all settings done, for costumer will not work on TV new over 2016 (different models). I have tested on different TV 2020 model in house didn't work. Problem was indeed cheaper cable so I've looked after 2 pounds cables and that is fine with old ones and new TV's. Seems like his TV doesn't not support some resolutions or 60 hz frames.

I managed to fix it! I bough an HDMI splitter/switch. That way tye signal doesn't go directly from the ps3 to the TV, but first it goes through the splitter. I guess I will play that way. Thanks everyone for the suggestions!!
