PS3 Hen 2.4.0 freeze

Hello,
I was able to play with version 2.4.0 correctly before, but now when I start enabling HEN I have a freeze, I have to turn off the console with the console button

Its probably due to the update being available now... Try turn off browser close confirmation.

Thanks, it works, but I didn't understand, just after closing the web browser, it installed the HEN 3.0 and I was in 4.0

I remember being in a version + 3.2...
now I only have to follow a tutorial on youtube to go back to 4.0?
Well your first post says you were on 2.4.0 and there has never been any version of HEN above 3.0, you are on the newest. There is no 4.0.

Why is this more of an issue with the newer versions of HEN compared to older versions though...

more features = more code = more late nights = more typos

ive actually only had one freeze on hen since like three updates ago. originally had trouble even installing it at all.

The browser close confirmation setting started causing a freeze since the auto updater was added a few versions back. I thought they were going to remove the auto updater or fix the issue as causes a lot of problems for people who don't know about it. Maybe in the next version.

Hopefully, it is helpful to have the browser ask you to close haha. Not an issue if that option is disabled though.

Unplugging the Internet from the ps3 while enabling hen will probably work around this too, as it won't be able to check for updates.

It's not too bad once you know about it, but it crops up everytime you create a new user, or reset to default settings.

Yeah so I bit annoying haha, hopefully someone can look into the conflict at some point maybe.

This bug had slipped through the cracks, it will be fixed in the next update. Habib is working on it.
