PS3 jailbreak - HAN Dumper error??

I saw YT videos how to do that. But, everytime, after the ACT/IDPS dumper initialize, the "Dump ACT.DAT & IDPS" fails. My USB is at FRAT32, and in the right USB port of the ps. I've made a dummy account, activated, but nothin'. I've tried to delete cache, search history, etc. and refresh browser but still nothing, so can you guys send me help? :/

set the dumper page as homepage. clear cache. back out of browser and reenter browser then try.
