PS3 Jailbreak with no network connection

Hi,

I have one old PS3, and it has some problem with network connections neither Wifi nor Ethernet is possible to connect. I want to do jailbreak on this PS3 but all the articles I've read about browsing some address to exploit but in my case it is not possible.

Do you think it could be possible to jailbreak without having any network connection on PS3.

Thank you very much!

If your wifi chip/card is broken you won't be able to jailbreak without a hardware flasher.
How exactly do you know both of your network devices are broken, that sounds to me more like an issue with the way your console or router settings are configured.

I've tried to connect via ethernet connection several times but neither detecting the LAN cables nor any reaction from port's the led light. About the Wi-fi connection, it gives a message "access point not detected ", after resetting the default setting it throws an error "A connection error has occurred"

check if your wifi is 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz. ps3 can not use 5. some routers will have both but one may be disabled.

indeed. I have a dual band router myself. only the switch, nvidia shield, and pc's use 5GHz. all the way up to the phat ps4 is 2.4GHz only for systems. ftp will work between bands even with a different ssid, but things like proxies don't seem to work iirc.

seems strange to wifi and ethernet would have issues at the same time.

That alone would not stop him, if he can get ethernet working, then if he is on FW that is supported by BG toolset (4.80+) he can just patch for CFW.
