PS3 PS3 KTE-001 NO HDMI OUTPUT

My PS3 cannot output video through the HDMI port. After checking for shorts to ground, I found that the components in the red-marked areas are shorted, but I don't know where they lead to in order to identify the faulty component. Please help me.
