1.Updated to 4.82 ferrox standard and updated to rebug 4.82.2 rex
2. havent been up to date with jailbreak since 3.55 but ive herd that you should use psnninja/sen enabler etc which ones should i use and in which order and is putting mod menus in using ftp still the same?

Just use PSNpatch for stealth online, don't use psninja. Don't use more than 1 app for stealth.

You can use FTP for file manipulation, and adding mod menus requires adding files, so yes.
